Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Bajasu Organics reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the paid amount in accordance with our refunds policy.

Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by location and logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Bajasu Organics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns may be accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and should include supporting evidence (for example, photos).
• Certain perishable products such as ghee, oils, or other food items may not be eligible for return once opened.
